The Minim House (210 Sq Ft)

Whether you're looking for a mobile home, tiny house and/or something for off-grid living, the Minim House is an excellent option.

Measuring just 210 sq ft, the Minim House offers a great space for both living and entertaining. It features dual-purpose furnishings that let you adjust the home for dining, entertaining or sleeping, as you can see in the photos below.

The house features several sustainable elements. An on-board 3 stage Doulton filter system collects rainwater water and stores it as a portable use for shower and sinks. Under the 8.5′ couch/second-bed, you'll find storage, a 40-gallon water tank, and a water filter.

The kitchen features 2" walnut countertops, which were sourced from a nearby Mennonite mill (as were the walnut floors). The kitchen also features a full-size microwave oven that also operates as a convection oven for baking.

Wouldn't you love to live in one? You can! Models of this house can be purchased from the company's Washing DC location. They start at $40,000 for a basic shell option, and go up to around $80,000 for a completed unit.
