Redefining the traditional family home, this 196 sq ft space is currently sheltering a family of four and a Great Dane.
Located in Boise, Idaho, the house was designed and built by it’s owner. The home took about 18 months to complete and cost a total of $11,416.16. It’s currently parked on a vacant lot where the owners pay just $200/mo plus utilities.
The home underwent an upgrade last year to enlarge the home for a kids' room. You can see a video tour of the home below.
